• Fraud & abuse prevention (deductions):
o Missing/damaged packaging/inserts → up to 15% deduction
o Missing components/cards/books → replacement value deducted
o Heavily used/unsellable → return rejected (offer paid reship)
• Non-returnables: Digital downloads/printables, opened software/media (if applicable), Final Sale items, gift cards.
• Labels: U.S. domestic only; one label per RMA; unapproved returns may be rejected.
